Rice protein powder 85% 12 g, Organic pumpkin protein powder 60% 4 g, Low-fat cocoa powder, Organic carob fruit powder 1.5 g, blend of B vitamins equal to 100% NRV (Thiamine 1.1 mg, Niacin 16 mg, Vitamin B6 1.4 mg, Biotin 50 mcg, Pantothenic acid 6 mg, Folic acid 200 mcg, Vitamin B12 2.5 mcg), Spirulina thallus powder 100 mg.
Directions for use and Dosage
It is recommended to dissolve 3 scoops of product (equal to 21 grams) in 250 ml of water, stirring vigorously.
