Composition

Propolis
Sore throat, colds, mouth inflammations, canker sores and small wounds: these are the main ailments that benefit from the use of Propolis, known above all for its antimicrobial properties.
It is generally assimilated to phytotherapeutic products because the raw material is of plant origin.
Propolis derives from the resin of certain plant species to which bees add pollen, waxes, and enzymes, until they obtain a substance that they use both as a building material and as an insulator and disinfectant to protect the hive.
The virtues The bactericidal effects of propolis are mainly due to its flavonoids, such as galangin and pinocembrin.
These active ingredients, which also have strong anti-inflammatory properties, make propolis an effective natural remedy in the treatment of upper respiratory tract infections: taken at the first symptoms, propolis counteracts the onset of colds and sore throats related to pharyngitis and laryngitis.
Propolis' reputation as a natural antibiotic (but more correctly it should be defined as an antimicrobial, given that it does not only act against bacteria) is supported by numerous scientific studies demonstrating how propolis reduces herpetic lesions and fights the infection with efficacy comparable to that of antiviral drugs, if not superior.
Even various inflammatory conditions affecting the mouth, whether painful or not (canker sores, small lesions of the oral mucosa and palate, gingivitis, periodontitis), benefit from the use of this natural remedy, which acts both as a antiseptic and healing.
Finally, its antifungal properties make Propolis a valid aid against various types of skin and nail mycosis.
Hedge Mustard
Emollient and soothing action (oropharyngeal mucosa) and voice tone.
Functionality of the upper respiratory tract.
Hedge Mustard, also known as Singer's Herb, is a plant used for its mucolytic, expectorant and trophic properties for the mucosa of the respiratory tract, in relation to its sulfur glucoside content; It is also used as an infusion for laryngitis and tracheobronchitis.
Erysimum is useful for relieving throat inflammation, resolving aphonia and hoarseness associated with laryngitis, pharyngitis, and tracheitis, and soothing irritation of the upper airways resulting from coughs, flu, and colds.
Grapefruit Seeds, Citrus Grandis Osbeck flos, folium, pericarpium, semen
Antioxidant.
Grapefruit seeds contain numerous active substances, the most significant of which are flavonoids which, together with numerous others, constitute the phytocomplex with antimicrobial and antioxidant properties, making it a powerful natural non-toxic disinfectant.
Eucalyptus, Eucalyptus Globulus Labill. flos, folium, fructus, lignum, aetheroleum
Balsamic effect.
Emollient and soothing action (oropharyngeal mucosa) and tone of voice.
The essential oil, rich in flavonoids, has expectorant, balsamic and slightly sudorific and febrifuge properties.
It is indicated for bronchial catarrh and asthma and is one of the most effective plants against respiratory tract diseases.
Myrrh, Commiphora Myrrha Engl. Oleum-Gummi-Resin
Functionality of the oropharyngeal mucosa.
It is famous for its analgesic properties given its ability to act on opioid receptors.
Traditional use, confirmed by more recent clinical trials, is based on the use of myrrh in the treatment of bronchial catarrh and asthma. Recent studies have shown that Aloe vera can be used to fully exploit not only its analgesic properties, but also its anti-inflammatory and antiseptic properties - proven by other scientific studies - which are particularly useful in the treatment of gingivitis, canker sores, periodontal disease, and in the treatment of wounds and skin ulcers.
