Indications

Prontogral 500 is a supplement of DHA, beta-carotene, folic acid (5-MTHF), vitamins and minerals, useful for supplementing the diet of women during pregnancy and breastfeeding.
Contains:

• DHA, which contributes to the maintenance of normal brain and visual function. Maternal DHA intake contributes to the physiological development of the brain and eyes in the fetus and breastfed infants;
• vitamin B2 promotes the normal functioning of the nervous system and the maintenance of normal vision and contributes to the physiological metabolism of iron;
• beta-carotene is a precursor of vitamin A, which contributes to the maintenance of normal vision and is involved in the process of cell specialization;
• folic acid (5-MTHF) contributes to the growth of maternal tissues during pregnancy and to normal hematopoiesis.
  Supplemental folic acid intake increases maternal folate status. Low maternal folate status is a risk factor for the development of neural tube defects in the fetus;
• vitamins B6 and B12 and iron contribute to the physiological formation of red blood cells and the reduction of tiredness and fatigue;
• vitamin D and zinc intervene in the process of cell division;
• iodine contributes to the normal production of thyroid hormones, physiological thyroid function and normal energy-yielding metabolism.

Fish oil rich in DHA, edible gelatin; firming agent: glycerol; thickener: mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids; iron (ferrous fumarate), vitamin B12 (cyanocobalamin), natural beta-carotene, zinc (zinc oxide); humectant: polyglyceride esters of fatty acids; Vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride), vitamin B2 (riboflavin), vitamin D (cholecalciferol), folic acid [(6S)-5-methyltetrahydrofolic acid; glucosamine salt: 5-MTHF], iodine (potassium iodide); colors: iron oxides and brilliant blue FCF.

Directions for use and Dosage

We recommend taking one capsule a day with a little water.
