Ingredients

Hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, calcium carbonate; vitamin C (L-ascorbic acid), L-cystine, bulking agent: microcrystalline cellulose; nettle leaf dry extract (Urtica dioica L.), methionine, vitamin E (dl-α-tocopheryl acetate), vitamin A (retinyl palmitate), selenomethionine, ferrous bisglycinate, pantothenic acid (calcium pantothenate), tyndallized Lactobacillus plantarum HA-119, zinc oxide, anti-caking agents: silicon dioxide, magnesium salts of fatty acids; Copper gluconate, vitamin B12 (cyanocobalamin), vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride), biotin.

Gluten-free. Lactose-free.

Directions for use and dosage

It is recommended to take one tablet a day for at least one month.
