Indications
Principium Complete Magnesium is a powdered magnesium supplement from 4 different sources: pidolate, carbonate, citrate, and marine (extracted from seawater through an evaporation process).
Magnesium contributes to the normal functioning of the nervous system, normal muscle function, and helps reduce tiredness and fatigue.
The formulation is completed by Fructooligosaccharides (FOS), a short-chain prebiotic fiber.

Ingredients
Acidifier: citric acid; Magnesium carbonate, antioxidant: ascorbic acid; Fructooligosaccharides (2%), citrus flavor, Magnesium citrate, Marine magnesium (oxide, hydroxide, sulfate, carbonate and chloride), Magnesium pidolate, sweetener: steviol glycosides; anti-caking agent: silicon dioxide; stabilizer: sucrose esters of fatty acids; cholecalciferol.

Directions for use and Dosage
It is recommended to take one to two sachets throughout the day, away from meals.
Pour the contents of one sachet into a glass of water (at least 200 ml), preferably lukewarm. Mix well and drink.
