Principium Bromelina 500mg is a pineapple extract supplement, titrated in Bromelain, with high proteolytic activity (2,500 GDU/g). The GDU (Gelatin Dissolving Units) is the measure of Bromelain's ability to "break down" proteins and therefore of its digestive capacity. Pineapple extract, rich in Bromelain, is useful for promoting microcirculation, counteracting the unsightly appearance of cellulite, promoting a draining action and reducing the sensation of heavy legs.

Directions for use and Dosage
Yes recommends taking 1 tablet daily with a little water or other liquid.
Taken on a full stomach, pineapple extract aids digestion, while taken between meals, it is useful for promoting fluid drainage and therefore relieving heavy legs, supporting microcirculation function, and combating cellulite.
