The product allows you to create a solution of complex carbohydrates and electrolytes, useful for maintaining endurance performance during prolonged physical exercise.
Pre Gara Endurance provides long-chain maltodextrins, glucogenic amino acids and branched-chain amino acids, capable of being metabolized at different times.
The presence of vitamins (B2, B5, B6, C and Folate) helps reduce tiredness and fatigue, while the electrolytes present (Ca, Mg, K) contribute to normal muscle function.
The vitamins (B1, B2, B6, C, Biotin) allow a physiological energy metabolism and Vit. B6 supports normal protein and glycogen metabolism.
Vitamin C, at the proposed dosage of 2 sachets, contributes to the maintenance of the normal function of the immune system during and after intense physical exercise and protects cells from oxidative stress.
This beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 200 mg in addition to the recommended daily intake of vitamin C.
The product does not contain gluten (Gluten Free) and is therefore also suitable for people with celiac disease or gluten intolerance.

Directions for use and Dosage
The product is recommended for medium-long duration sports activities (e.g. cycling, running, marathon, cross-country skiing, long-distance swimming, or general resistance activities).
It is recommended to use the product before training or competition.
Instructions for use:
It is recommended to use the product approximately 30 minutes before sporting activity.
Use 1 sachet in approximately 200 ml of water for medium-duration activities, 2 sachets (in approximately 400 ml of water) in case of intense and prolonged physical effort.
To optimize the assimilation of the product, when the external temperature is particularly high, it is useful to drink approximately 200 cc of water approximately 10-15 minutes before the start of the performance.
