Ingredients
Vitamin C has many properties: it promotes energy metabolism, reducing tiredness and fatigue; it protects cells from oxidative stress and regenerates the reduced form of vitamin E; it contributes to the normal function of the immune system, the nervous system, and psychological function; it promotes collagen formation, helping to maintain the normal function of blood vessels, bones, cartilage, skin, teeth, and gums; and it increases iron absorption.
Potassium ascorbate is a particular source of vitamin C in which ascorbic acid is present in a saline form bound to potassium. It provides vitamin C in a non-acidic form that has a gentle effect on the physiological gastric pH. It is easily assimilated and bioavailable for the body.

Directions for use
We recommend taking 1 tablet (0.5 g) once a day at any time.
