Ingredients

Poria cocos (mushroom biomass), cellulose (microcrystalline) E460, silicon dioxide (silica) E551, magnesium stearate E470. It contains no colorings, artificial flavors, gluten and is suitable for vegetarians.

Directions for use and Dosage

The recommended dose is between 3 and 6 tablets per day.
