Mode Directions for Use and Dosage
Dissolve in a glass of water (50-100 ml) or, if preferred, directly in the mouth.
Always use a clean, dry teaspoon.
- 12-18 years: one level teaspoon (2 g) per day.
- Adults 18 years and older: up to two level teaspoons (4 g) per day as needed.
