Magnesium supports normal energy metabolism, contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue, and contributes to electrolyte balance. Directions for use and Dosage

For adults: We recommend taking one sachet after the two main meals, up to a maximum of two sachets per day
Dissolve the contents of one sachet in 100-200 ml of water
It is recommended to continue taking Polase Plus for at least two weeks
Best before: see bottom of package. The expiry date is 14 days.
