Indications

Placerest by Farma Deb is a food supplement based on:

• Myo-inositol: Modulator of insulin and FSH activity, promotes the natural increase in progesterone levels, helps prevent gestational diabetes and reduces the risk of spontaneous abortion.
• Folic acid in active form 5-MTHF (5-methyltetrahydrofolate): Biologically active form of folic acid (vitamin B9), an active ingredient particularly valuable in the treatment of folate deficiency states, responsible for megaloblastic anemia, cardiovascular and neurological disorders, lowers homocysteinemia levels. During pregnancy, it is useful for the prevention of malformations and neuronal damage in the fetus.
• L-Arginine: provides nitric oxide (NO), has a vasodilatory effect, improves blood flow, particularly at the placental level, and is useful in fetal growth retardation.
• Calcium and Magnesium: Mg modulates the tone and contractility of the smooth muscle fibers of the vascular wall, interacting with calcium ions, promoting cardiovascular homeostasis, regulating blood pressure to counteract the onset of preeclampsia.
• B vitamins: They complement the regulatory effect of calcium and magnesium. They are powerful antioxidants and counteract the onset of hyperhomocysteinemia.
• L-Carnitine: Has detoxifying, antioxidant, and anti-inflammatory properties. It protects the endothelium and by regulating the peripheral use of insulin, it counteracts the onset of gestational diabetes.
• White willow: (Salicin) It has a modest antiplatelet effect, providing approximately 40 mg. of acetylsalicylic acid.
