Indications
Pergravit is indicated in case of nutritional deficiencies or increased needs. Its formula is suitable for adults.

- Zinc: contributes to the maintenance of normal bones and vision, to the physiological function of the immune system.
- Folic acid: contributes to the growth of maternal tissues during pregnancy, to normal hematopoiesis, and to the normal growth of maternal tissues.
- Iodine: contributes to the normal functioning of the nervous system and to the normal production of thyroid hormones and to the physiological function of the thyroid.
- B vitamins, magnesium and copper: contribute to normal energy metabolism.
- Vitamin C and vitamin E: contribute to the protection of cells from oxidative stress.
- Vitamin D: intervenes in the process cell division.

Directions for use and Dosage
