Indications
Performance Sete is a liquid food supplement, useful for the reintegration of liquids and electrolytes lost during sports activity.
Hypotonic solution of carbohydrates and electrolytes able to contribute to the maintenance of endurance performance during prolonged physical exercise and to increase water absorption during sports activity.
The vitamins contained contribute to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue (Vit B2, B5, C), contribute to normal energy metabolism (Vitamins B1, B2, B5, C), and to normal cardiac function (B1).
The vitamins also contribute to the protection of cells from oxidative stress (Vitamins C, B2). The product contains eleutherococcus, known for its tonic-adaptogen properties, also useful for supporting the body's natural defenses. It contains neither gluten nor lactose.

Directions for use and Dosage
Dissolve the contents of 1 sachet in a 500 cc bottle of water; sip approximately 50 - 100 cc of solution every 15 - 20 minutes. It is advisable not to exceed liquid intake (avoid exceeding 800 cc of solution/hour) to avoid overworking the stomach. Take 1 to 3 sachets per day.
Warnings
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age. Food supplements should not be considered a substitute for a varied diet and a healthy lifestyle.
