Ingredients
Glucomannan (from Amorphophallus konjac root extract K. Koch), capsule (thickener: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose; colorant: titanium dioxide), zinc bisglycinate (zinc), chromium picolinate (chromium).

Mode Directions for Use and Dosage
Three capsules three times daily before each main meal, for a total of 9 capsules per day, or as recommended by your doctor. Take with a full glass of water.
Take this product 1/2 hour to 1 hour before or after taking oral medications.
Warnings
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age. Supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet.
The beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 3 g of glucomannan in three doses of 1 g each, with 1-2 glasses of water, before meals and as part of a low-calorie diet. Consult your doctor to determine if this dietary supplement is appropriate for you. This is Important if you are starting a weight loss program or taking medications to control blood sugar levels. Do not take if you have difficulty swallowing, unless advised by your doctor.
