Indications

Contains vitamins B12, B2, B6, niacin, folate, iron and magnesium which contribute to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. Vitamin A, iron, copper, selenium and zinc contribute to the normal functioning of the immune system. Vitamins B1, B12, B2, B6, niacin, iodine and copper contribute to the normal functioning of the nervous system. Vitamins B12 and B2 contribute to the normal functioning of energy-yielding metabolism. Vitamin B2, magnesium, selenium and zinc contribute to the protection of cells from oxidative stress.

Directions for use and Dosage

Take one multi-layer tablet per day to be swallowed with water.
