Indications
Pelvilen Dual Act is indicated to counteract chronic painful neuro-inflammatory processes associated with numerous pelvic area pathologies such as endometriosis, interstitial cystitis, recurrent cystitis, chronic prostatitis, irritable bowel syndrome, etc.
Chronic pelvic pain represents a nosological entity localized both at the tissue level of pelvic organs and at the spinal level following neuroinflammation phenomena supported by non-neuronal cells (mast cells and microglia).
Pelvilen Dual Act microgranules represents a valid attack therapy capable of effectively intervening on both components of pain through a synergistic and Synchronous, regulatory effect exerted by Palmitoylethanolamide in its two micronized and ultra-micronized forms. The simultaneous presence of trans-Polydatin, a polyphenol with high antioxidant activity, allows for the control of oxidative stress associated with neuroinflammation in pelvic tissues.
Directions for use and Dosage
It is recommended to take 1 sachet of microgranules per day, preferably placed under the tongue to promote rapid sublingual absorption.
Warnings
The administration of the product is not recommended during pregnancy and breastfeeding. However, it is advisable to consult your doctor before starting to take PELVILEN® Dual Act. Composition per 1 sachet: Ultramicronized Palmitoylethanolamide 200 mg, Palmitoylethanolamide 400 mg. in co-micronized form with trans-Polydatin 40 mg, excipient mixture 415 mg (Sorbitol, Sucrose palmitic esters, Vegetable polysorbate, Colorant E127).
