Indications

PegaD3 is a food supplement in drops based on vegetable vitamin D3 (Vitashine D3) from lichen.

Composition

Vitashine D3 which provides pure vitamin D3, corn oil.

Gluten-free.

Directions for use and dosage

From birth to the first year of age: 2 drops.
From the first year of life onwards: 4 drops. This intake can be Increase if children are not exposed to the sun.
For healthy adults: 5-10 drops.
For the elderly: 10 drops.
Check blood levels after at least 3 months of daily use of the product.

Warnings

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet and a healthy lifestyle.
