Indications

• Palmitoylethanolamide (PEA) is an endogenous molecule with analgesic and anti-inflammatory activity capable of inhibiting the release of pro-inflammatory substances.
• Bromelain, which is extracted from the stem of the pineapple plant, is a proteolytic enzyme with the ability to control both post-traumatic and inflammatory edema. It has direct and indirect anti-inflammatory activity, as it acts on inflammation, edema and pain both through direct fibrinolysis of clots and through the activation of anti-inflammatory prostaglandins and the inhibition of bradykinin, a substance that increases vascular permeability and stimulates pain.
• Escin is a natural extract of the horse chestnut plant that performs various activities in the body such as a vasoconstrictor action, an action on the microcirculation and an anti-inflammatory-anti-edema action.
