Indications
Pantafarm® OTO drops is a food supplement based on plant extracts and Melatonin. Californian Poppy for relaxation and sleep in case of stress; Passionflower incarnata for relaxation and mental well-being; Bilberry for the functionality of the microcirculation, for the well-being of eyesight and antioxidant; Vitis vinifera for the functionality of the microcirculation, to protect cells from oxidative stress and for the normal function of the cardiovascular system; Rhodiola which contributes to normal mood tone and to counteract physical and mental fatigue; Feverfew to counteract localized states of tension; Melatonin, which helps reduce the time it takes to fall asleep.
Active ingredients
- Melatonin: a hormone produced by our body that can reduce the time it takes to fall asleep;
- Eschscholzia Californica: the functional ingredients present in the plant give it actions that help induce sleep, allowing people who suffer from sleep disorders to fall asleep and experience a restful sleep during the night;
- Passionflower: it is a plant that is used as a universal natural sedative. Recent research has shown that passionflower is able to perform a relaxing action that aims to promote relaxation and physiological sleep at night without causing drowsiness during the day. Furthermore, it is not habit-forming;
- Rhodiola: adaptogenic tonic used for normal mood and to combat physical and mental fatigue;
- Feverfew: feverfew has properties capable of counteracting localized states of tension; its functional ingredient is parthenolide;
- Vitis Vinifera: it is rich in proanthocyanidins and has been shown to have a powerful free radical reduction activity; it is able to promote microcirculation;
- Bilberry: useful for the functionality of the microcirculation, for the well-being of eyesight and antioxidant.

Directions for use and dosage
It is recommended to take 10 drops per day, possibly on an empty stomach, as is or diluted in water.
Warnings
Supplements are not intended as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Do not exceed the recommended dose. Keep out of reach of children under 3 years. Shake before use. Excessive consumption may have laxative effects. The beneficial effect of Melatonin on reducing the time required to fall asleep is obtained by taking 1 mg of melatonin shortly before bedtime.
