Indications
Pamal is based on vitamins (B2, B6, B12), magnesium, coenzyme Q10 and griffonia simplicifolia dry extract.
Ingredients
Magnesium citrate; bulking agents: microcrystalline cellulose; griffonia [Griffonia simplicifolia (DC.) Baill.] seeds dry extract tit. 98% in 5-hydroxytryptophan (5-HTP), coenzyme Q10; anti-caking agents: silicon dioxide, vegetable magnesium stearate; Vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride), vitamin B12 (cyanocobalamin, maltodextrin, sodium citrate, citric acid), vitamin B2 (riboflavin).

Directions for use and Dosage
We recommend taking 2 tablets per day.
