Indications

Nettle (Urtica dioica) is a herbaceous plant of the Urticaceae family native to Eurasia, which grows in uncultivated places and humid environments. The leaves, flowers, roots, and rhizomes of the nettle have numerous uses, due to their different chemical components. In particular, the dried roots and rhizomes contain compounds with interesting physiological activities, among which sterols (fatty substances of plant origin) stand out, but also scopoletin, lignans, and flavonoids. Clinical studies suggest the use of nettle to improve prostatic function and to regulate the resulting urination disorders. Nettle is also widely used, alone or in combination with other herbs, as a diuretic and anti-inflammatory for some rheumatic disorders.

Directions for use and Dosage

1 capsule twice a day with water during meals.
