Directions for use and Dosage
Take a maximum of 2 drops 3 times a day (equivalent to 0.15 ml) on a neutral tablet Puressentiel (or 1 teaspoon of honey, olive oil, or 1/4 teaspoon of sugar).
Warnings
Do not use pure without support, nor mix with water. Equivalence: 1 ml = 39 drops. Keep out of reach of children under 3 years. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Do not use in children under 7 years, pregnant women (especially during the first 3 months) or breastfeeding women, people with a history of seizure disorders or epilepsy, and people allergic to essential oils. For people undergoing medical treatment and for children, consult a healthcare professional. It should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
