Turmeric (Curcuma longa L. rhizome) powder, cinnamon (Cinnamomum zeylanicum Blume, bark) powder, ginger (Zingiber officinale rosc. rhizome) powder, cloves (Eugenia caryophyllata Thunb., flowers) powder, oregano (Origanum vulgare L. leaves) powder, thickener: gum arabic, black pepper (Piper nigrum L., fruits) powder, bulking agents: microcrystalline cellulose, anti-caking agents: magnesium stearate, silicon dioxide, talc; coating agents: stearic acid, hydroxypropyl methylcellulose.

Directions for use

Take 8 tablets a day divided into the three main meals.
