The lactose content is low, ranging between 2.3-2.5%; the branched-chain amino acid content is 19%. Optiwhey has excellent solubility and is highly digestible. Directions for use and dosage
Take up to 20 g per day (approximately 2 level scoops) dissolved in 200 ml of water or other liquid, preferably between meals, as needed. Athletes may, of course, take up to 60 g per day, depending on their diet and level of physical activity.
