The vitamin D in Optim D3 is blended with organic coconut oil extract for optimal absorption. The oily form, in fact, allows for good assimilation of vitamin D3 at any time of the day (during or between meals).

Directions for use and Dosage

• Children 1-10 years: 1 drop per day;
• Children over 11 years and adults: 2 drops per day.

Unscrew the cap, invert the bottle vertically. Wait 5-10 seconds for the first drop to fall. It is not necessary to shake the bottle once inverted.
