Indications

NORSAN's Vegan Omega-3 is created from a combination of cultivated algae vegetable oil, organic extra virgin olive oil and lemon oil. The algae used has a very high content of EPA and DHA. 5 ml per day (one teaspoon) is sufficient to take 2,000 mg of Omega-3 fatty acids. It is an excellent alternative to fish oil, especially for those following a vegan or vegetarian diet.

The extraordinary thing about Vegan Omega-3 is that it provides us with 2 g of Omega-3 with just 5 ml of product (about one teaspoon). Of these 2 g, 609 mg are EPA, 1,158 mg are DHA and 157 mg DPA. To achieve an ideal and balanced ratio between Omega-6/-3, it is recommended to regularly consume at least 2 g of Omega-3 per day. This dosage is based on the results of various analyses carried out by scientists and experts in the field.

Ingredients

DHA and EPA-rich oil from the microalgae Schizochytrium sp. (74%), organic extra virgin olive oil rich in polyphenols (23%), sunflower oil (2%), lemon oil, flavoring (rosemary extract), antioxidants (extracts with a high content of tocopherols, d-α-tocopherols, ascorbyl palmitate), cholecalciferol.

Directions for use and Dosage

The recommended daily dose is 5 ml, which corresponds to a teaspoon. However, a measuring cap is also included in the package. Following the recommended daily dose, the bottle lasts 20 days.

Storage
