Omega-3 dietary supplement
Indications
Omega-3 Total is composed of a highly dosed, natural, non-concentrated wild-caught fish oil and organic olive oil as an antioxidant. With the recommended daily dose (1 tablespoon / 8 ml) you obtain 2,000 mg of omega-3 and 800 IU of vitamin D3. The fish oil is extracted from whole small to medium-sized fish.
This way you can benefit from all 50+ fatty acids in fish. The effect of taking this natural, non-chemically concentrated fish oil is similar to the effect of eating fish. In fact, probably even better, because it contains more than 100% of the omega-3 fatty acids. The oil is filtered and purified from pollutants, heavy metals, and PCBs.

Directions for use and dosage
The recommended daily dose is 8 ml, which corresponds to one tablespoon. However, a measuring cap is also included in the package. If the recommended daily dose is followed, the bottle lasts for 25 days.
Warnings
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age. Food supplements should not be considered a substitute for a varied diet and a healthy lifestyle.
Storage
The unopened product should be stored in a cool, dry place, at a stable temperature and away from direct sunlight. Once opened, the bottle should be refrigerated and consumed within 45 days.
