Omega-3 Kids by Norsan is a fish oil for children composed of cod liver oil, fish oil, and olive oil. Thanks to its liquid form, it can be taken neat with a spoon or integrated into meals. Fish oil for children was created with the aim of ensuring a complete supplement that supports the development of all structural functions of the body, prevents hyperactivity disorders, allergies, intolerances and other pathologies.

Directions for use and Dosage
The oil can be taken pure or mixed with food. For optimal absorption in the body, it is recommended to take the oil during or after a meal. The daily dose varies depending on the age of the child. We recommend:
- Under 2 years: every 2 days 2.5 ml (approximately 1/2 teaspoon) – 560 mg of omega-3 fatty acids; alternatively, supplementation via breast milk: 2g omega-3 per day (1 tablespoon Omega-3 KIDS or 1 tablespoon Omega-3 Total oil or 1 teaspoon Omega-3 Vegan)
- 2-6 years: 2.5 ml per day (approximately 1/2 teaspoon) – 560 mg omega-3 fatty acids
- 6-12 years: 5 ml per day (approximately 1 teaspoon) – 1,120 mg omega-3 fatty acids
- From 12 years: 9 ml per day (approximately 1 tablespoon) – 1,120 mg omega-3 fatty acids
- From 12 years: 9 ml per day (approximately 1 tablespoon) – 1,120 mg omega-3 fatty acids

Warnings
Omega-3 oil should not be heated or used for cooking. It is recommended to shake the bottle briefly before consumption. After opening, keep refrigerated. A measuring cap is included in the package. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet and a healthy lifestyle.
Storage
The unopened product must be stored in a cool, dry place, at a stable temperature and away from direct sunlight. Once opened, the bottle must be kept refrigerated and consumed within 45 days.
