Directions for use and dosage
To obtain the relevant beneficial effect, it is recommended to take 1 serving of this product.

- For brain function: daily intake of 250 mg of DHA.
- For Normal Blood Triglyceride Levels: daily intake of 2 g of EPA and DHA.
- For Pregnancy: Daily intake of 200 mg of DHA in addition to the recommended daily dose of omega-3 fatty acids for adults, which is equal to: 250 mg of DHA and eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA).
