Omega-3 Arktis is a completely natural cod liver oil from sustainable fishing in the Arctic Ocean. Cod contains a high percentage of omega-3 fatty acids, especially omega-3 DHA. The daily dose provides 2,000 mg of omega-3 and 800 IU of vitamin D3 in just 10 ml or 1 tablespoon.
This way you can benefit from all 50+ fatty acids in fish. The effect of taking a non-chemically concentrated fish oil is similar to the effect of eating fish.
