Indications

Omega 3 ACT 1g is a food supplement containing 1 gram of fish oil per capsule and 5 mg of Vitamin E.

Vitamin E contributes to the protection of cells from oxidative stress. DHA from fish oil contributes to normal cardiac function.

The beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 250 mg of DHA. Omega 3 are essential fatty acids that are not produced by the body; For this reason, they must be taken through food or, in cases of reduced intake or increased need, with food supplements.

Composition

Fish oil (18% DHA and 12% EPA), gelatin, glycerol, vitamin E (DL-alpha-tocopheryl acetate).
