Directions for use and dosage
Shake before use.
With 1-2 teaspoons of Vital Sea Buckthorn Juice diluted in water, herbal tea or milk you get a vitalizing and invigorating drink with an unmistakable flavor, to be enjoyed 3 times a day.
Also excellent for flavoring yogurt, quark or muesli.
