Indications
Kefarma Nutrition 100% ZMA is an ultramicrofiltered whey protein supplement ideal for pre- and post-workout activities such as endurance, power, and wellness. It is a food supplement based exclusively on cold-processed ultramicrofiltered lactoglobulins, with the addition of ZMA, an amplifier of both anabolic and anti-catabolic functions that promote protein synthesis. The double cross-flow micro-ultrafiltration system (CFM Cross Flow Microfiltration) in a low-temperature environment guarantees a 92% pure protein (d.s.), with only 0.3% lactose. In addition: The resulting protein contains a very low amount of lipids (about 0.5%) which makes the product highly digestible. The high concentration of amino acids, both branched chain (BCAA) and essential (EAA), with very short assimilation times. To promote protein synthesis, ZMA, an amplifier of both anabolic and anti-catabolic functions, has been added to each dose.

Directions for use and dosage
