Indications
Nutrimmune Long Life contains vitamins A, C, E, zinc, selenium, coenzyme Q10, NAC, L-glutathione, folic acid and plant extracts.
Active ingredients:
- Echinacea (Echinacea angustifolia DC): Due to its richness in polyphenols (echinacosides), the root of this plant helps strengthen the body's natural defenses and the functionality of the upper respiratory tract and urinary tract.
- Vitamin C (ascorbic acid): One of the most important vitamins for our body, which, however, cannot synthesize it and must therefore be taken through the diet. Furthermore, it does not accumulate and must be taken constantly to maintain stable blood levels.
- Astragalus (Astragalus membranaceus Bung): The root, rich in polysaccharides, is attributed tonic-adaptogen effects useful against fatigue and colds.
- Ginseng (Panax ginseng): Ginsenosides (the main active constituents of ginseng root) show tonic-adaptogen activity on immune function.
- N-acetyl L-cysteine (NAC): Analogue of L-cysteine (non-essential sulfur-containing amino acid), NAC has been marketed since the 1960s for the treatment of respiratory tract diseases.
- Vitamin E: Important fat-soluble vitamin with antioxidant activity.
- Zinc: Mineral Antioxidant that supports immune function.
- Beta-carotene (Dunaliella salina) and vitamin A: An important source of provitamin A, it is not synthesized by the body and therefore must be consumed through the diet.
- L-Glutathione (GHS): A tripeptide composed of cysteine, glycine, and glutamic acid that is mainly concentrated in liver tissue, the pancreas, lungs, and adrenal glands.
- Coenzyme Q10: A cofactor required in ATP synthesis and cellular bioenergetic activity.
- Folic acid: Folates are necessary for a correct immune response.
- Selenium (from L-selenium-methionine): Works synergistically with vitamin E and is a fundamental antioxidant for the immune system's defenses.
