Directions for use and dosage
We recommend taking one measuring spoon (20 ml) diluted in half a liter of water or more, to be drunk throughout the day. Shake before use.

Not recommended for children, pregnant women, and breastfeeding women.
Contains caffeine (3.5 mg/dose). Do not exceed a daily intake of 400 mg of caffeine from all sources.
