NutriDef C 1,000 mg Effervescent is a food supplement based on Vitamin C and Zinc which contribute to the normal function of the immune system and the protection of cells from oxidative stress. Vitamin C also contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue and increases the absorption of iron, while Zinc contributes to the maintenance of normal hair, nails and skin.

Directions for use and Dosage
