Indications
Nutri'Magnesium 300+ is a food supplement whose unique formula combines two magnesium salts with vitamins B and E. Magnesium contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue and contributes to normal muscle function. Vitamins B1, B6, B8, B12 contribute to the normal functioning of the nervous system and psychological function. Vitamin E contributes to the protection of cells from oxidative stress.

Directions for use and Dosage
Adults and adolescents: take 2 tablets twice a day with a little water, preferably after breakfast and after dinner.
