Indications

Normocis 400 is a food supplement based on betaine, folate and B vitamins and is also indicated for women in the pre-conception period (at least three months) and during pregnancy as it contains 400 mcg of folate, a fundamental substance for reducing the risk of neural tube defects. Folate and vitamins B12 and B6 contribute to the normal metabolism of homocysteine. Its formulation is based on folate ((6S)-5-methyltetrahydrofolic acid), methylcobalamin (vitamin B12), pyridoxine (vitamin B6), riboflavin (vitamin B2), betaine and zinc, very important substances for the correct metabolism of homocysteine.

Composition

One 1.05 g tablet contains:

• 400 mcg of folate: (6S)-5-methyltetrahydrofolic acid - 200% NRV*;
• 3 mg of vitamin B6 (pyridoxine) - 214% NRV*;
• 5 mcg of vitamin B12 (methylcobalamin) - 200% NRV*;
• 2.4 mg of vitamin B2 (riboflavin) - 171% NRV*;
• 12.5 mg of zinc - 125% NRV*;
• 250 mg of betaine.

*Daily Nutrient Reference Values ​​for vitamins and minerals (adults) pursuant to Reg. (EU) No. 1169/2011. Gluten and Lactose Free.

Directions for use and dosage

Take one sachet per day, dissolved in water (approximately 200 ml), preferably on an empty stomach.

Warnings

Store the product at a temperature preferably not exceeding 25°C; avoid exposure to localized heat sources, sunlight and contact with humidity. The expiry date refers to the product when stored correctly, in its intact package.
