Indications

Nike M Magnesium Chloride is a supplement indicated in cases of low intake or increased need for the mineral of the same name.
After potassium, magnesium is the second most common (and most important) cation at the intracellular level. Magnesium plays a very important role in the metabolic functions regulated by potassium, in which it acts as a "mediator", but it also directly controls approximately three hundred enzymes. In the correct combination with other physiological electrophiles, it is essential for the biological balance of the human body, and its deficiency can be the cause of numerous disorders (from muscle pain to respiratory problems, presumably to chronic fatigue). It also appears to be implicated, together with potassium, in slowing down the cellular aging process. Magnesium chloride in crystallized form is listed in the Official Pharmacopoeia and is a colorless salt that is highly soluble in water and very sensitive to humidity. It is mainly extracted from sea water, to which it gives its characteristic bitter taste.

Directions for use and Dosage

A daily dose in 1g sachets administered mid-morning or after dinner can be sufficient to supplement the amount of magnesium consumed through food, especially in combination with potassium ascorbate (also in the formulation with Ribose). In the latter case, cycles of magnesium chloride of 10-15 days per month are recommended.
