Indications
Nettle is a dietary supplement in tablet form useful for inflammatory conditions of the urinary tract, rheumatic diseases, gout, and the prevention and treatment of renal lithiasis and prostatic hypertrophy. It also has a restorative and remineralizing action.
Nettle leaves, rich in chlorophyll, have restorative, arteriosclerosis prevention and deodorant properties. They are diuretic, antigout and antirheumatic thanks to their richness in formic acid, acetic acid and mineral elements. They promote the elimination of uric acid, are cholagogue and antihemorrhagic.
Nettle is particularly useful in forced diuresis in cases of urinary tract inflammation and in the prevention and treatment of gravel. It also has a galactagogue effect, promoting a marked recovery of milk supply.
