Indications
Natural Vita D3 by Solgar is a dietary supplement based on natural vitamin D (vitamin D3 extracted from fish liver oil). Vitamin D contributes to the normal absorption and utilization of calcium and phosphorus, minerals useful for neuromuscular function and bone mineralization. It therefore contributes to the maintenance of normal bones and teeth. Vitamin D also contributes to the physiological function of the immune system and supports normal muscle function.

Directions for Use and Dosage
Swallow 1 to 3 softgels daily with water, preferably with meals. You can use up to 5 softgels per day (2000 IU).
