L-Methionine, Bamboo (Bambusa spp.) young stem dry extract titrated 70% in silica, Horsetail (Equisetum arvense L.) herb dry extract titrated 7% in silica, Nettle (Urtica diodica L.) leaves dry extract 1/4, Selenium L-methionine, Zinc oxide, Copper gluconate, Biotin; Bulking agent: Microcrystalline cellulose, Anti-caking agents: Magnesium salts of fatty acids, Silicon dioxide.

Directions for use and dosage

Take 2 tablets per day.
