Multicentrum Corpo e Mente Boost Magnesio is a Magnesium food supplement with Vitamin B6, and is formulated with 3 sources of high-absorption Magnesium for better assimilability: Sucrosomial Magnesium, Magnesium Bisglycinate and Magnesium Pidolate with the addition of Vitamin B6 which complements the benefits of Magnesium.

Directions for use and dosage
- 1 sachet per day for ages 12 and up;
- 1 sachet up to a maximum of 2 per day for adults.
Oral-soluble powder to dissolve directly in the mouth, or if preferred in a glass of water (50-100 ml).
