Vitamin and mineral food supplement
Indications
Munitos is a food supplement based on magnesium, boron, copper, zinc, vitamin D, bamboo, lysine, proline, and resveratrol, useful for providing an additional amount of these components to the daily diet.
Bamboo promotes healthy hair and nails. Magnesium contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue, normal energy-yielding metabolism, normal muscle function, and the maintenance of normal bones and teeth.
Copper contributes to normal energy-yielding metabolism and normal skin and hair pigmentation. Zinc contributes to the maintenance of normal bones, hair, nails, and skin. Vitamin D contributes to the maintenance of normal bones and teeth, normal muscle function, the normal absorption and use of calcium and phosphorus, and normal blood calcium levels. Resveratrol is extracted from Polygonum Cuspidatum, which has an antioxidant action.

Directions for use and Dosage
It is recommended to take 2 tablets a day, swallowed with a large glass of water.
