Indications
Equilibra Multivitamins & Minerals 50+ is a food supplement based on vitamins and minerals in triple-layer tablets formulated with innovative Superfast + Fast + Retard technology that allows for a gradual release of vitamins and minerals over time. Complete formula designed for the specific needs of adults over 50.
- Superfast layer: High dosage of B vitamins - formulated to contribute to normal energy metabolism and the reduction of tiredness and fatigue thanks to vitamins B2, B3, B5, B6 and B12.
- Fast layer: useful for normal cognitive function thanks to iron, iodine and zinc. Iron, Copper, Selenium and Zinc also contribute to the normal function of the immune system.
- Retard Layer: for the maintenance of normal bones thanks to Calcium, Phosphorus and Vitamin D. With Vitamin A for normal vision. With Lutein.

Directions for use and Dosage
We recommend 1 tablet per day to be swallowed with a large glass of water. glass of water, preferably in the morning. To make swallowing easier, the tablet can be divided into 2 parts thanks to the convenient pre-cut.

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet and a healthy lifestyle.
