- Super Fast Layer: High dosage of B vitamins, formulated to contribute to normal energy metabolism and the reduction of tiredness and fatigue thanks to Vitamins B2, B3, B5, B6 and B12.
Release time: 5 minutes. - Fast Layer: Designed to support normal cognitive function thanks to iron, iodine and zinc; ideal for the normal functioning of the nervous system due to the presence of magnesium, iodine and copper.
Zinc also contributes to the normal metabolism of carbohydrates, fatty acids and, together with chromium, to the normal metabolism of macronutrients.
Release time: 45 minutes. - Retard Layer: with vitamins A, C and D for the normal function of the immune system.

Directions for use and Dosage
We recommend taking 1 tablet per day to be swallowed with a large glass of water, preferably in the morning.
To make swallowing easier, the tablet can be divided into 2 parts thanks to the convenient pre-cut.
