Hydra4G™
A patented blend of chelated mineral salts (Potassium Citrate, Sodium Citrate, Magnesium Glycerophosphate, and Calcium Glycerophosphate). Citrate mineral salts are the most common form found in nature, particularly in fruits and vegetables: they are highly bioavailable, do not cause gastrointestinal problems, and alkalize the body. The supply of glycerophosphate minerals combines the benefits of glycerol and phosphates. Glycerol increases energy production and phospholipid synthesis.

A patented product rich in phosphatidylcholine used to generate the liposomal form of vitamins and minerals provided in the product. Liposomes are spherical vesicles made of a double phospholipid layer that envelops the active ingredient. This innovative shape transports the active ingredient and promotes absorption thanks to the similar structure of cell membranes. The addition of phosphatidylcholine allows for greater attention and memory, optimizes muscle contraction during prolonged exercise, thus preventing the accumulation of lactic acid and accelerating its elimination during recovery.
K2VITAL® MK-7
A microencapsulated form of Vitamin K2 that allows for the protection of the vitamin in formulations containing calcium, magnesium, and other minerals. Vitamin K2 activates osteocalcin proteins that incorporate calcium into bone. Calcium, vitamin D3, and vitamin K2 are an effective formulation for bone health. This synergy between active ingredients ensures optimal use of calcium via D3 (calcium absorption) and K2 (calcium utilization through osteocalcin activation). 2 promotes muscle recovery by reducing inflammation, regulating contraction, and preventing muscle cramps.
Vitamins
A combination of vitamins from groups A, B, C, D, E, and H, with important functions in the body, first and foremost promoting energy production, promoting antioxidant protection, promoting the formation of stronger bones, and promoting greater protection of the body thanks to an effective immune system. This combination of synergistic elements also promotes the reduction of inflammation and promotes muscle strength and endurance.
Minerals
In association with the Hydra4G™ patent, the minerals Chromium, Iodine, and Selenium have been added. Chromium improves athletic performance by acting on the control of glucose levels and insulin activity: it therefore promotes body weight management by promoting the development of muscle mass and promoting post-exercise recovery. Iodine is a component of thyroid hormones which influence:
- Energy production by acting on mitochondrial metabolism
- The transport of blood, oxygen and nutrients to the body
- Motility and elimination of waste products in the intestine
- Bone turnover and the production of red blood cells in the bones
- Macronutrient metabolism: promotes
