Dicalcium phosphate, microcrystalline cellulose, magnesium gluconate, magnesium oxide, manganese gluconate, vegetable stearic acid, ferrous sulfate, zinc gluconate, zinc oxide, ferrous gluconate, vegetable magnesium stearate, potassium iodide.

Directions for use and dosage

1 tablet 3 times a day to be swallowed with water during meals.
