Bone Health
With nutrients useful for maintaining healthy bones, such as Calcium, Phosphorus, Magnesium, Vitamins D and K. The intake of adequate amounts of Calcium and Vitamin D, together with physical activity, can reduce the physiological loss of bone mass that occurs with age. Elderly people may be more prone to the risk of Vitamin D deficiency due to both limited exposure to sunlight and a decreased capacity for endogenous synthesis. Vitamin K plays a role in bone mineralization and therefore in their metabolism. Directions for use
One tablet per day to be swallowed with water (if taking a swallowable tablet) or dissolved in 200 ml of water (if taking an effervescent tablet), even between meals. Multicentrum can also be taken for prolonged periods. The swallowable Multicentrum Adult tablet can be conveniently divided into two parts for easier intake using the practical cutting guide.

Storage
Store Multicentrum Adults 50+ in a dry place at a temperature not exceeding 25°C, in the tightly closed original package. Do not use if the aluminum foil on the bottle is damaged when the cap is opened.
